Our exchange policy lasts seven (7) days, starting from the day of your purchase. (For eg: Purchase made on 10 October, the last day for exchange will be on 16 October. If the last day falls on a date which our store is closed, the exchange can be made on the next working day). If seven (7) days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To request an exchange, please click here to contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. Your item must be brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all seals remain intact. Any damage to the product, packaging or seal will strictly not be accepted. To complete your exchange, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to top up the difference in value for the exchanged item. No partial refund will be provided if the exchanged item is of lower value.
