This position is based at our studio or pop-up stores, offering a comfortable air-conditioned environment with no heavy lifting or strenuous labor required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, handle cashiering duties, deliver exceptional customer service, fulfill orders, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, handle returns, damages, replenishments, and conduct stock audits.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
• Organize and execute in-store or pop-up events as needed.
• Gather and present customer feedback and overall sales performance data.

Requirements:

• Singaporean & PRs
• Retail experience will be an advantage
• Independent, responsible, with a proactive & positive attitude.
• Available to work on weekends / public holidays
