We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, we’re happy to help. It is very important that you read through our exchange policy below, and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for help.

Our exchange policy lasts seven (7) days, starting from the day of your purchase.
For example: Purchase made on 10 October, the last day for exchange will be on 16 October. If the last day falls on a date which our store is closed, the exchange can be made on the next working day). If seven (7) days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. Your item must be brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all seals remain intact. Any damage to the product, packaging or seal will strictly not be accepted. To complete your exchange, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to top up the difference in value for the exchanged item. No partial refund will be provided if the exchanged item is of lower value.

We do not offer any form of monetary refund for all items sold both online and in-store.

The following items are strictly not eligible for exchange or return:
All earrings, e-gift cards, personal care, leather care, jewellery care & watch care products (eg. Cape Cod® Polish), customised & pre-orders, consumables & perishables, items on sales, special offer, promotion, clearance or discontinued items.

We do not offer any form of monetary refund for all items sold both online and in-store.

Please be advised to use a trackable mailing service or purchasing parcel insurance when you mail the exchange item back to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not be responsible for any lost of parcel during transit. The customer will also be responsible for all return postage fees.

We will process your order soonest possible, usually within 1 to 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays). We use Singapore Post ("SingPost" / "Speedpost") for shipping to both Singapore & International addresses.

BOLD&CRAFT assumes no liability, and shall not be liable, for any goods or parcels that are lost in-transit, failed delivery, delayed delivery or non-collection. We strongly advise customers to select delivery options with tracking capabilities. In the unlikely event of a lost or damage parcel, customers will need to contact the shipping service provider.

All international orders will be shipped via SingPost International Registered Package service. (Door-step delivery, recipient signature required)

Parcel tracking details will be provided in your order shipping confirmation email. Shipping to overseas address will take *7 up to 18 working days, depending on where you are located. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. The shipping fees will be added automatically at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Alternative international express shipping services via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT are also available with additional cost. Please contact us for arrangement.

CUSTOMS DUTY / GOODS & SERVICE TAX varies for different countries. Most countries set a limit on the value of consumer imported goods before charging tax. Customer or receiver of the parcel shall bear all import Customs Duty & Tax and all other related fees charged by their respective Customs or Government agencies. Please check with your Customs or Government agencies for more information on your country's import rules & regulations.
